Whoah...
I found out last night that International Truck and Engine is pursuing the product that my group and I created for them last spring. Not only do they intend to patent it, they intend to put it in their trucks for 2008--maybe even earlier. I'm darn jazzed, not just because of the $1,000 I'll get for the patent, but because (1) I'll have a patent and (2) I'll be able to wander around truck stops in a few years looking at trucks and seeing something *I* created. Rock!
